Court Monitors at Airhouse hold a very important position. Your job is to be the “Lifeguard” of your designated area while you add excitement to the guest experience. This role is fun and rewarding.

As a Court Monitor, you will:

  • Monitor your area with the utmost diligence
  • Ensure guests are following all safety rules
  • Respond to any guest injury with proper procedure
  • Interact with guests – you are having fun with them!

To be a Court Monitor, you must:

  • Have high energy and passion for the job
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Have excellent observation skills
  • Be superior in customer service
  • Maintain a focus in safety

Applicants ages 18 and older required.

Ropes Course Attendants are dedicated to safety and having fun.

As a Ropes Course Attendant, you will:

  • Assist each guest in securing their harness as they begin the course
  • Explain to guests the course objectives and how to enjoy the course
  • Maintain a focus on safety

To be a Ropes Course Attendant, you must:

  • Have high attention to detail
  • Have excellent observation skills
  • Have great customer service skills

Front Desk Associates at Airhouse Adventure Parks are the face of the company. You are the first person a guest interacts with when entering Airhouse Adventure Park.

As a Front Desk/Cashier, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for all guests entering Airhouse Adventure Park
  • Be required to have an overall knowledge of all attractions to describe to a guest. Be able to communicate the right way to enjoy the park
  • Have the highest regard to guest service and never show a negative attitude

To be a Front Desk/Cashier, you must:

  • Know how to use our POS system
  • Have 1-3 years experience in cash handling
  • Always be positive, cheerful, respectful, and ready to help
  • Have superior customer service skills

Birthday Party Hosts at Airhouse Adventure Park keep the party going! Your job is to make sure everyone is having fun and staying on their party schedule. You assist with all party guests’ needs. A salesperson style role, one of your objective’s is to upsell items to enhance the guest experience.

As a Party Host, you will:

  • Help set up party rooms
  • Check in guests to their party
  • Have the understanding of what each party has ordered
  • Communicate with kitchen staff about all food and drink being received
  • Upsell additional food, beverages, Arcade Game Cards and even apparel throughout the party
  • Direct the guests to the scheduled activities
  • Ensure all guests are having a FUN time at the party!

To be a Party Host, you must:

  • Be cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable of party events and Airhouse attractions
  • Be able to multitask as you check in on other parties
  • Have a salesperson mindset and desire to upsell items
  • Have great time-management skills to ensure parties are on schedule
  • Have excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
